Eligibility for Returns
- Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order. Unfortunately, we cannot accept requests beyond this period.
- Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags attached. Products that show signs of wear, alteration, or damage may not qualify for a return.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, certain items are not eligible for return. This includes:
- Customized or personalized hats
- Items marked as “Final Sale” at the time of purchase
Please inspect your items carefully before completing your purchase.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact Us: Send an email to [email protected] with your order number, a brief explanation of your reason for returning the item, and any relevant photos if the item is defective or damaged.
- Receive Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send your item back to us.
- Ship the Item: Package the product securely and include a copy of your purchase confirmation or order details. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
Refunds
- Processing Time: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Method of Refund: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different style, size, or color, please initiate a return for the unwanted item and place a new order for your desired product.
Damaged or Defective Items
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. Be sure to include photos of the issue and your order number so we can resolve the matter quickly. For such cases, return shipping fees will be waived.
Additional Notes
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged or incorrect items.
- If you are returning an item due to a mistake on our part, we will gladly cover the cost of return shipping.
